A Blank Rome team represented Clair Global Corp. (“Clair Global”), a leading provider of audio equipment and personnel for international live sound reinforcement and event services, in a series of strategic transactions completed in the beginning of 2025.
This involved engagements with multiple U.S.-based and international companies operating in the audio-visual, event production, and technology solutions sectors and reflect Clair Global’s continued growth and commitment to enhancing its operational footprint and service offerings across key global markets.
In addition, Blank Rome advised Clair Global in the documentation of a significant amendment and restatement of its existing syndicated credit facility. The revised facility supports a range of strategic initiatives, including real estate development, operational expansion, and future investments. The financing includes committed term loans and a revolving credit facility, and encompasses Clair Global’s affiliated entities across Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Japan.
