B. Riley FBR, Inc. is serving as sales agent for RiceBran Technologies, which has the ability to raise funds through sales of shares of its common stock, from time to time, in market transactions and privately negotiated transactions. RiceBran is an ingredient company serving human and functional food as well as animal nutrition to specialty markets that are focused on value-added processing and marketing of healthy, natural, and nutrient-dense products derived from rice bran.
