Blank Rome LLP represented Alleghany Properties LLC (“Alleghany Properties”), a subsidiary of Alleghany Corporation (NYSE: Y), in connection with its sale of 10.32 acres of entitled land in the North Natomas Area of the City of Sacramento to Truxel Arena Apartments, LLC, a subsidiary of The Spanos Corporation, for development of a 300 unit apartment complex.
