A Blank Rome team assisted London-based retail brand TOAST in entering the U.S. retail market and TOAST most recently opened its latest location at 1221 Madison Avenue, New York City. This new store is the fourth location in the United States and the 25th location internationally for the clothing, homeware, and accessories brand.
The Blank Rome team was counsel to TOAST in lease negotiations for its Upper East Side location. The team also advised TOAST on expanding its pipeline and handled the lease agreements for its first three shops in the United States located in the Nolita and West Village neighborhoods in New York and in Brooklyn.
