Timothy French concentrates his practice on representing clients in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising (public and private securities offerings), as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters.

      • Multiple acquisitions, divestitures and securities offerings for a global wire and cable manufacturer.
      • Multiple acquisitions and divestitures for a leading financial software and data recovery firm.
      • Several transactions involving significant cross-border components, including sales of international subsidiaries and businesses, acquisitions of international subsidiaries and businesses, as well as transactions for clients headquartered outside of the United States.
      • Acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies for private equity clients and general corporate and corporate governance work for private equity portfolio companies.
      • General corporate and corporate governance work for start-up, early stage and closely held companies.
