Larry has been the chief technology officer at Blank Rome since 1998.  He has worked in the information technology field for over 40 years, holding management responsibility for over 30 of those years.  Since 1989, he has been the head of technology in three different organizations and industries, including financial services, behavioral healthcare, and legal services.

At Blank Rome, Larry oversees a highly experienced and talented technology team that provides the Firm and clients with a robust technology infrastructure in support of the Firm's operations and continued growth, including secure extranets (dedicated Web sites devoted to specific client matters) and collaboration tools to facilitate communications among all parties to a matter.   Blank Rome is an industry leader in several areas of technology, ensuring the most cost-effective use of the latest technological developments.

Larry is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Society for Information Management and of ILTA (International Legal Technology Association). 

Larry has been consulting with arts organizations regarding technology issues since 1981.  He currently is working with the Arts and Business Council of Philadelphia, on the advisory board of their Technology Connectors program. He is board president of the Wharton Esherick Museum in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and he also is on the board of Allens Lane Art Center in Philadelphia's Mt. Airy community.

Larry graduated with his B.S. degree from Drexel University in commerce and engineering sciences, and from Fairfield University’s graduate program in banking management.
