Blank Rome represented U.S. Joiner, a leading independent domestic provider of turnkey marine joiner and furniture solutions for the U.S. Government and commercial customers and a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman, in its acquisition of JCI Metal Products, a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services focusing on habitability, fabrication, electrical and piping solutions to U.S. Navy vessels. The transaction closed on December 31, 2012.
