Gertrude Hawk Chocolates in the acquisition, through a subsidiary, of 96 Degrees, Inc. d/b/a Drew's, a manufacturer and marketer of all natural and organic food products, including salad dressings, salsas, cooking sauces and other condiments, that are sold to retail and natural food stores nationwide.  The transaction closed on June 28, 2010 and the terms were undisclosed.
