SunGard Acquires Finetix

Blank Rome represented SunGard Consulting Services Inc., a business unit of SunGard Data Systems Inc., in its asset purchase of Finetix LLC and its subsidiaries.  The transaction closed on April 20, 2007, and the terms were not disclosed.
