Blank Rome Successfully Represents Owners of Original Philly Holdings in Its Sale to Tyson Foods, Inc.
A Blank Rome team represented the owners of Original Philly Holdings, one of the leading producers of raw and fully-cooked Philly-style sandwich steak and cheesesteak appetizer products, in its sale to Tyson Foods Inc. (NYSE: TSN).
The complex transaction required a Blank Rome team of attorneys and professionals from across the Firm and across many practice groups.
