Blank Rome Partner Jared Zola will speak at the American Bar Association’s 25th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Mid-Year Program, held on February 23-15, 2017, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Zola’s panel, “When Good Allocation Jurisdictions Go Bad: Unsettling Developments in Allocation Law and What They Mean for Policy Holders and Insurers,” will be held on Saturday, February 25, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The panel will examine the general rules and principles that policyholders and insurers need to have in mind when deciding when and how to allocate settlements or judgments to different policy periods, uninsured periods, and covered and uncovered claims.
