Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 2016

Blank Rome Associate Adam V. Orlacchio will serve as the moderator for the “Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 2016” CLE event, which will be held on May 12, 2016, at the offices of the Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”).
The full-day program will be hosted by DSBA’s Litigation Section, of which Mr. Orlacchio presently acts as vice-chair and formerly held positions as secretary and council member. The program will feature presentations from Delaware’s judges and practitioners representing each of Delaware’s courts, as well as focus on providing tips for litigating before Delaware’s courts, practice pitfalls to avoid, and court updates.
