ACI's 2nd Annual Forum on Admiralty & Maritime Claims and Litigation

John D. Kimball, Blank Rome's international and maritime litigation and ADR practice group leader, will be moderating a panel at American Conference Institute's (ACI) 2nd Annual Forum on Admiralty & Maritime Claims and Litigation, which will be held February 27-28, 2013 at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel in Houston, TX.

Mr. Kimball's panel, "In-House Non-Insurers Roundtable: Corporate and Claims Counsel, Risk Managers, and Safety and Compliance Professionals Speak Out on Litigation Management, Cost Control Initiatives, Defense Strategies, and More", will begin at 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27 and conclude at 12:30 p.m.  The panel will discuss the following topics:

The goal of ACI's program is to provide crucial developments and winning strategies to overcome the most current and complex issues surrounding admiralty and maritime litigation. In addition to Mr. Kimball's panel, this year’s conference features:
