Environmental Intelligence in Maritime Conference and Anniversary Awards Dinner
Duncan C. Smith, partner at Blank Rome, and Dana S. Merkel, associate, will be speaking at the North American Marine Environment Protection Association’s (NAMEPA) 5th Anniversary Conference on November 14, 2012 aboard The Hornblower Infinity at Pier 40 in New York City.
The conference will commence at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m., to be immediately followed by the Anniversary Reception and Awards Dinner at 6:00 p.m.
Ms. Merkel will speak on the “Greening the Marine Transportation System” panel, which will begin at 9:30 a.m., on the topic of “Regulatory Compliance in 2012.” Mr. Smith will moderate the “Corporate Risk Management” panel, which will begin at 3:30 p.m.
