How Europe is Beating the U.S. on Offshore Wind

Joan M. Bondareff, of counsel at Blank Rome, will be speaking at the American Wind Energy Association's ("AWEA") Offshore Windpower 2012 Conference and Expo, held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on October 9-11.
Ms. Bondareff's presentation on "How Europe is Beating the U.S. on Offshore Wind," held on October 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., will compare the playing field in Europe with that of the U.S. in regards to offshore wind. She will also explore how Europe is far ahead of the U.S. and what tax incentives they have to promote offshore wind development.
