Michael Sanders, partner in Blank Rome's tax group, will be speaking on "Leveraging Public and Non-Conventional Sources" at the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Spring Conference on June 7 from 3:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m.  This year's conference will be held in Washington, DC on June 7&8 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Mr. Sanders will be joined by other panelists to discuss the following key points:

  • Program Related Investments (PRIs) – proposed regulations and implications for NMTC leveraging
  • HRSA Grants, HUD 108, and other governmental funds – albeit possible, there are traps
