Sustainable Development Forum

The Sustainable Development Forum is a panel discussion exploring important issues confronting the real estate industry as it adapts to sustainable building trends.  Held at Blank Rome’s offices in Manhattan’s ChryslerBuilding on November 17, 2008, the Forum is sponsored by Blank Rome, Liberty Property Trust, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC, Grubb & Ellis Company, and Viridian Energy & Environmental, LLC.

This panel, consisting of some of the country’s leading real estate professionals in “green” building, will address sustainable construction attributes, costs and benefits, and incentives, including:

• REITs and the green revolution
• Allocation of responsibilities among owners, design professionals, and contractors
• In-depth industry perspectives
