Blank Rome Partner Philip R. Rosenfeldt was honored at the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2016 for his legal representation in the winning deal, “Apex Fort Washington,” which earned the “Best Office Rehab” title.
The Apex Fort Washington team was presented with the award at Best Real Estate Deals of 2016 on March 21, 2017. The event honored the top real estate deals in the Philadelphia region for 2016, as well as top real estate professionals.
