Edward N. Cahn

Mr. Cahn is a former chief U.S. district judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in complex litigation and dispute resolution, and has mediated over 1000 separate controversies. He serves a wide range of clients in matters such as ERISA, shareholder actions, securities litigation, antitrust, commercial, alternate dispute resolution, and intellectual property. Mr. Cahn began his service as a judge in 1975, and was chief judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1998. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest honor society for the liberal arts and sciences in the United States, and the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Lawrence F. Flick II

Mr. Flick has built a national reputation as a leading attorney in the area of general business and corporate law. He represents some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and private equity funds, and serves clients in areas such as commercial lending and asset-based financing, mergers and acquisitions, securitizations and structured finance, leveraged lease transactions, and reorganizations. Mr. Flick is a frequent author and lecturer on topics of interest to the banking and finance community, and was most recently selected as a winner of the Finance Monthly Deal Maker of the Year Awards for 2015 for his work on the RadioShack Rescue Financing transaction. Mr. Flick is a member of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, Association for Corporate Growth, and Commercial Finance Association.

Regina Stango Kelbon

Ms. Kelbon represents a wide-range of clients in areas including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out of court restructurings, debtor-in-possession financing, intercreditor relationships, and lender liability prevention and defense. She is the co-chair of Blank Rome’s Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy practice group. Additionally, Ms. Kelbon serves as a mediator for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and frequently lectures and writes for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the American Bar Association on insolvency and restructuring issues. Ms. Kelbon is also a fellow of the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, as chair of the ABA's Business Bankruptcy Subcommittee on Corporate Governance, and as a board member and executive committee member of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she is also the former president.

Mark I. Rabinowitz

Mr. Rabinowitz concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate finance, equipment leasing and finance, and loan workouts and restructurings. He serves a wide range of clients in areas such as cash flow lending, asset-based financing, secured transactions and creditors' rights, healthcare finance, equipment leasing and finance, and much more. Mr. Rabinowitz is a past chair of Blank Rome's Financial Services Group, and has written and lectured extensively on the subjects of equipment leasing and secured financing. He is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, Temple Law Alumni Association, and Turnaround Management Association.

Russell T. Wong

Mr. Wong combines his law firm experience with his past experience as chief IP counsel of a Fortune 50 company to provide his clients with business-focused legal advice. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation, intellectual property licensing/opinions, and general intellectual property counseling, and represents a wide range of clients, from small software startups to large multinational corporations, across numerous industries, from information technology to chemical processes. Mr. Wong currently serves as counsel for a biosciences company that focuses on the use of fullerene carbon nanotubes for novel therapeutic applications in the area of cancer treatment, and frequently speaks on IP topics, including patent licensing, business method patents, and standards activities. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Houston Bar Association, Houston Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Intellectual Property Inns of Court.
