Joan Bondareff Appointed to Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority
Joan M. Bondareff, of counsel at Blank Rome, was appointed by Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell to his new Offshore Wind Development Authority, designed to encourage windmill energy projects off Virginia's coast.
The appointments, announced Friday, October 29, include the assistant city manager of Virginia Beach and the head of alternative energy projects for Dominion Virginia.
