Eric Fikry Presents at Camden County Bar Association CLE Event
Eric G. Fikry will serve as a presenter at the Camden County Bar Association’s CLE Event, “Nuts & Bolts of Lawyer/Client Fee Arbitration” on October 26 at Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
The event will cover such topics as the administrative process of initiating a fee arbitration; conducting and adjudicating fee arbitrations; and filing and adjudication of appeals stemming from panel decisions.
Mr. Fikry practices in Blank Rome’s Philadelphia and Princeton, NJ offices and concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on representing clients in the gaming industry. Mr. Fikry serves as Vice-President of the Asian-Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, is a member of the Camden County Bar Association’s Board of Trustees and is a Panel Chair for the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee. He is Vice-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Casino Law Section, and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Gaming Law Committee.
