Lawrence F. Flick II Honored by the Commercial Finance Association with 2010 Harry H. Chen Memorial Instructor Award for Excellence

Lawrence F. Flick II was honored by the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) with its 2010 Harry H. Chen Memorial Instructor Award of Excellence for his outstanding contributions to CFA’s education programs at its annual convention in Chicago on October 22. The award is in recognition of Mr. Flick’s contributions as an instructor in connection with programs that enable Asset-Based Lending professionals to successfully navigate the legal minefields that they encounter daily.

Mr. Flick has built a national reputation as a leading attorney in the area of general business and corporate law. He represents some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and private equity funds and serves clients in areas such as asset-based financing, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, leveraged lease transactions and reorganizations. He is consistently ranked by Chambers USA as a leader in banking and finance. Mr. Flick is a frequent author and lecturer on topics of interest to the banking and finance community. He is a Regent of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, Inc. In addition to serving as an instructor for CFA’s professional development programs, Mr. Flick serves on the Board of Governors of CFA's Education Foundation.
