Mr. Rosenfeldt has lectured and presented CLE courses on current trends in real estate. He has lectured and written extensively on Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act, including presentations to the American Bankers Association in Washington, DC at a national conference and to the International Council of Shopping Centers at its Regional Idea Exchange.
