Philip Rosenfeldt maintains a national practice counseling clients in all facets of real estate development.  Mr. Rosenfeldt represents landlords and tenants of office buildings, shopping centers, and residential developments.  He brings more than 20 years of experience to clients in the areas of:

• sales and acquisitions

• commercial, residential, and industrial development

Mr. Rosenfeldt has lectured and presented CLE courses on current trends in real estate.  He has lectured and written extensively on Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act, including presentations to the American Bankers Association in Washington, DC at a national conference and to the International Council of Shopping Centers at its Regional Idea Exchange.
