Dylan Mitchell has more than 15 years of extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including:
- prenuptial agreements
- custody, access and relocation issues
- divorce negotiation and litigation
- equitable distribution, spousal and child support, and related ancillary issues
- paternity proceedings
- divorce mediation
Mr. Mitchell has regularly represented high net worth clients in matrimonial disputes involving multi-million dollar marital estates. He has achieved favorable resolutions for his clients through litigation as well as negotiated settlements.
He graduated from the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, in 2006.
Mr. Mitchell has lectured and served as a panelist at six different New York State Bar Association CLE seminars, including:

Mr. Mitchell has also participated in a Family Law Symposium at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Mr. Mitchell is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as co-chair of the Membership Committee.
Mr. Mitchell is a member of the Matrimonial Committee of the New York City Bar and is also chair of Continuing Legal Education.
