Caroline Krauss-Browne is a partner in the firm’s matrimonial and family law group. She advises clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including:
- pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- custody and access issues
- divorce negotiation and litigation
- equitable distribution, spousal and child support, and related ancillary issues
Ms. Krauss-Browne is a candid adviser to and fierce advocate for her clients. An experienced litigator, Ms. Krauss-Browne also counsels her clients that litigation is not always the preferred approach. She is a trained mediator assisting parties in resolving their marital disputes.

On a pro bono basis, Ms. Krauss-Browne serves as a mediator in the Neutral Evaluation Program operated by the Supreme Court, Civil Branch, New York County, New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section and the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section.
