Mr. Einstein concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters.
During law school, he served as a notes and comments editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, where his note “Reading Between the Lines: The Rise of Native Advertising and the FTC's Inability to Regulate It,” was published in 2015. Additionally, Mr. Einstein served as the executive secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Association, a clinician for the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, and a legal intern for Time Warner Cable, Inc.
In January 2017, Mr. Einstein, along with Blank Rome attorneys Thomas Westle, Michelle Gitlitz Courtney, Rustin Paul, and Courtney Schrenko, authored a Fund and Investment Management Regulatory Update and Recent SEC Enforcement Actions overview for their clients.
