Rachel Sims focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, with an emphasis on partnership disputes. Ms. Sims advises corporations and partnerships on fiduciary duties, ethics, dissolution, restrictive covenants, and non-compete restrictions. She also has extensive experience in eDiscovery and eRetention.
In 2008, Ms. Sims received the Commitment to Justice Award in the Legal Teams category from inMotion, Inc., now known as Her Justice Inc.
During law school, Ms. Sims was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.

- Represented a former CFO of a New York public company in a securities fraud class action lawsuit.
- Represented a minority shareholder in a judicial dissolution of corporation to remedy oppressive conduct shown by the majority shareholders.
- Represented a life sciences and biotechnology company in enforcing restrictive covenant.
