Andrew Hart is a partner of Blank Rome Solicitors & Notaries in Hong Kong. He concentrates his practice in commercial dispute resolution, principally litigation. Mr. Hart advises clients on the recoverability of loans, enforcement of security, inquiries by regulators, and prosecutions by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and by the Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Hart’s practice also includes representing creditors and debtors in corporate and personal insolvency matters, including enforcement proceedings in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
