Thomas Brodowski concentrates his practice on complex state and federal litigation, with a particular focus on consumer finance matters. As a member of the consumer financial services team, Mr. Brodowski defends mortgage servicers, retail banking institutions, credit card companies, and student lenders, among others, from disputes arising under the TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, RESPA, and a variety of common law claims.
Additionally, Mr. Brodowski counsels clients within the retail banking and credit card industries with regard to marketing initiatives, advertising, debt collection, consumer protection issues, and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brodowski worked as a senior staff scientist in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, where he performed microbial genetic DNA sequencing analysis, and developed biochemical assays for generic drugs.
