Adil S. Ahmed concentrates his practice on a wide range of real estate matters. He counsels real estate investment funds, privately held and publicly traded companies, and financial institutions in all aspects of their acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real estate.
During law school, Mr. Ahmed was a notes and articles editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Review, a judicial intern for the presiding judge of the New Jersey Tax Court, Patrick De Almeida, and a fellow at the Center on Law and Information Policy. He also participated in the Entrepreneur Law Society, and served as a student attorney with Fordham Law’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and Community and Economic Development Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ahmed helped to launch and build two start-up companies—a drone advertising service and a mobile-based marketplace for college students—allowing him to approach his legal practice from the mindset of an entrepreneur.
He is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Ahmed serves as a member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (“TiE”) – Philadelphia, and the Fordham Law Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council. He is co-chair of Young Alumni for the Columbia University Club of Philadelphia.
