Chrissy M. Dunn Dutton

Chrissy M. Dunn concentrates her practice in consumer finance litigation.

As a member of the consumer financial services litigation team, Ms. Dunn regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal bankruptcy and district courts, as well as state courts, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. 

She has managed all phases of litigation, from case referral through trial and/or appeal, including investigation and discovery.  She also has experience in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and family/domestic relations law. 


Ms. Dunn has served on the Northern Kentucky University – Chase Law School Board of Governors since September 2010, and is an active volunteer at NKU Chase Law School, including as a volunteer mentor to students.  She is also an active member of the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.  She has previously served as the secretary, membership chair, and judicial reception chair for the Association’s Young Lawyers’ Section.  She also serves as a volunteer mediator for the YLS Truancy Mediation Program. 

Ms. Dunn is active with Friends of Gentry Aubrey, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit memorial foundation, which provides scholarships for Connor High School and NKU Chase Law School students.  She serves as FOGA’s secretary, and co-chair of fundraising for its annual Day at the Races fundraising event.

Ms. Dunn also enjoys singing and performing, and has regularly performed at various events sponsored by the Cincinnati Bar Association, including the annual Bench Bar Social and the annual “Rock the Foundation” event.
