Richard Diaz represents both public and private employers before state courts and administrative agencies concerning virtually all aspects of labor and employment law, including:

• labor-management relations such as wrongful discharge and unfair labor practices
• collective bargaining negotiations
• employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation
• enforcement of restrictive covenants and other employment contracts
• compliance with state and federal employment statutes

While in law school, Mr. Diaz was note / comment editor for the Temple Law Review and recipient of the Jerry Zaslow Memorial Award. Mr Diaz is a distinguished graduate of the Navy Surplus Corps School - Basic Course.
