Matthew Altomare concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters. He has handled gaming related transactions and corporate matters for companies in the gaming and sports betting industries.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Matthew served as outside counsel to one of the Philadelphia region’s largest commercial real estate developers and its affiliated entities for their financing, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and general corporate needs. He also worked as corporate counsel to a publicly traded REIT in Philadelphia. Additionally, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy R. Rice, United States Magistrate Judge, for the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Matthew served as an external managing editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He also was a four-year varsity baseball player at the University of Chicago where he obtained his undergraduate degree in political science, and also served as a contributing author to the campus newsletter, The Chicago Maroon.
Outside the Firm
In his spare time, Matthew serves as a Little League baseball coach and is a board member of the Devon Strafford Little League.
