Lauren Fox represents both public and private employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies concerning virtually all aspects of labor and employment law, including:

  • labor-management relations such as wrongful discharge and unfair labor practices
  • collective bargaining negotiations
  • employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation
  • enforcement of restrictive covenants and other employment contracts
  • compliance with state and federal employment statutes

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Fox clerked for Chief Judge Anthony J. Scirica, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During law school, Ms. Fox served as a comments editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and interned for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division.  Ms. Fox was the recipient of the James Wilson Merit Scholarship and was also elected to the Order of the Coif.
