Brett Schulman concentrates his practice in general corporate matters, such as:
- corporate finance matters
- mergers and acquisitions
- venture capital and private equity funding transactions
- securities offerings
- contract drafting and negotiations
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Schulman was an investment banker for a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Mr. Schulman has been a speaker at the Executive Education Program for the Private Investors Forum, where he presented “Understanding and Raising Early Stage Capital: What You Need to Know to Raise Angel and Venture Capital”. Mr. Schulman has also been a guest lecturer for the Wharton School’s Venture Capital and Entrepreneurial Management class.

Mr. Schulman is a member of the Planning Committee for the Private Investors Forum Angel Venture Fair. He is also a board member of the University of Michigan Alumni Club of Philadelphia.
