Larry Wiseman represents clients in the areas of financial institutions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. He has represented both public and private companies in the merger and acquisition area, as well as the raising of capital both publicly and privately.  He represents investment bankers, broker dealers and underwriters, boards of directors regarding fiduciary duties and publicly owned companies whose stock is traded on all securities exchanges and markets.  His client services include:
