• Developed and implemented global privacy and security compliance programs for international pharmaceutical and device companies
• Day-to-day contracting for global generic pharmaceutical company, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, and consulting agreements
• $45 million acquisition of worldwide assets related to brand name drug on behalf of generic manufacturer
• Medical device company in connection with its recapitalization by leading private equity fund

COMMUNITY SERVICE & AFFILIATIONS

Ms. Daniels currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute Foundation, and is the co-leader of Life Sciences Affinity Group of the Health Information Technology Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association.  She also authored Applying Basic Privacy Principles to the Use of RFID for the Food and Drug Law Institute's Update Magazine 2005, Issue 4 and contributed the health law privacy chapter to Data Security and Privacy Law: Combating Cyberthreats, West Group, 2002.
