Your Ethical Duties

Blank Rome Partner Ira L. Herman will moderate the "Ethics Program: Your Ethical Duties" panel at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) Annual Spring Meeting, being held Thursday, April 19 through Sunday, April 22, 2018, in Washington, D.C.

Ira’s panel presentation, entitled "Protecting Client Confidences: Ethical Obligations and Best Data Security Practices," will take place on April 22 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. and will focus on the duties professionals have to protect electronically stored client information, best practices, ethical obligations, and business considerations.
