Camila Thorpe

Biography

Camila Thorpe concentrates her practice on a wide range of general litigation matters.

Camila previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Camila served as a litigation paralegal at a personal injury law firm and a Felony Division intern at the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office.

During law school, Camila served as a student attorney for the Survivors of Violence Clinic where she represented clients seeking crime victim compensation and juvenile lifers seeking modification of their sentences under the Maryland Juvenile Restoration Act. Camila also served as an articles and staff editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law and as a student ambassador for the Maryland State Bar Association.

Outside the Firm

Camila is as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C. Camila is also involved in a variety of pro bono activities including asylum applications, family law matters, and community service.
